January 28, 2025
I will instruct you and teach you the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you. (Psalm_32:8)
Heavenly Father,
As the morning sun rises over the rugged beauty of the Florida Mountains, I pause to seek Your presence and guidance for this day. Your promise echoes in my heart: “I will instruct you and teach you the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.”
Thank You, Lord, for Your watchful care over my life. In the stillness of this crisp January morning, I feel the assurance of Your love and wisdom. Like the desert trails winding through the rocky hills, You guide me along paths I cannot yet see.
Help me to walk in trust and humility, listening for Your voice amidst the quiet rustling of creation. Teach me to lean not on my understanding but to seek Your counsel in every step I take. May Your guidance illuminate my way, as surely as the rising sun lights the desert floor.
Lord, grant me the courage to follow Your direction and the patience to wait when You call me to stillness. Shape my heart to align with Your will, and let my actions today bring glory to Your name.
Thank You for this new day, this new opportunity to grow closer to You. Keep Your eye upon me, Lord, and let me feel Your loving presence in every moment.
Amen.
